What do the dispute statuses and the "X days to respond" label mean?

The Status column shows Stripe's dispute status, with two Sprwt additions:

  • N days to respond / Less than 1 day to respond (amber pill) - the dispute is needs_response or warning_needs_response and the evidence deadline has not passed. Hover the pill: "Without a response, the customer keeps the dispute amount and the dispute received fee won't be returned."
  • needs_response / warning_needs_response (red) - shown once the countdown is no longer available.
  • under_review / warning_under_review (amber) - evidence was submitted and the bank is deciding.
  • won (green) - the bank ruled in your favour and the amount was returned.
  • lost (red) - the bank ruled for the cardholder.
  • Deadline Missed - the dispute was lost and no evidence was ever submitted.

A warning_ status is an inquiry/retrieval that may escalate to a full chargeback; treat it like a dispute and respond.
