These control what sections appear on the Proposal builder screen: Show Meals in Events (let staff add meal-recipe line items to a proposal), Show Custom Meals in Events (Custom Meal Builder line items, requires the Custom module), Show Notes in Events (an additional-notes field), and Show Meals Description in Events (whether the meal's description text is shown alongside it on the proposal). If the Labor & Equipment (Expenses) module is on, a fifth toggle, Show Labor & Equipment, also appears on this card to control whether expense line items can be added to a proposal.
