For an auto-renewing subscription the column shows the next renewal date in brackets. The date has a yellow background when today is inside the renewal window (between the buffer date and the renewal date, i.e. the charge is due) and a red background when the renewal date has already passed without a successful charge. For subscriptions that are not auto-renewing it shows: Cancelled (date) with a tooltip of when it was cancelled; Paused (date) when paused with no scheduled restart; Unpausing <date> when a restart date is scheduled; or plain Paused with the tooltip "Paused by system" when auto-renew was switched off automatically (for example when the renewal routine found no scheduled dates or a newer subscription for the same customer).
