Enable Max/Min Quantity lets you set upper/lower bounds on how many of each custom-meal-builder ingredient a client can pick when they build a custom meal inside a proposal. Allow Exclusive Menu restricts which ingredients are offered to a client-specific menu rather than your full ingredient list. Both only appear on the Proposals tab with the Custom module enabled.
