Statuses: Unpaid (default), Paid, Rejected, plus Paying, Total Refund and Partial Refund, which exist in Sprwt's data model but are not set by any current admin action or automated process — in practice you'll only ever see Unpaid, Paid or Rejected. In the Affiliates Report you can only Mark as Unpaid, Mark as Paid or Mark as Rejected, and only these moves are accepted:

• Unpaid → Paid or Rejected
• Rejected → Unpaid or Paid
• Paid is final — a paid commission cannot be changed back.

Creating a payout for selected Unpaid commissions also marks them Paid directly. Commissions whose move is not allowed are silently skipped; if none of the selected rows can change you get "Cant update selected comissions!". Each change records who made it and when.
