The list at /admin/plans is split into one tab per plan group plus a No Group tab, and shows for each plan:

• ID and Name — click either to open the plan. Next to the name you see "(Sort: N)" (the Sort Display Order) and, when relevant, a red Hidden from customers badge (the whole plan is hidden) or an orange N prices hidden badge (some price rows are hidden).
• Week — the number of weeks in one billing cycle.
• Active Subscriptions — subscriptions on this plan that have auto-renew switched on.
• Total Subscriptions — every subscription ever created on this plan, renewing or not.
• Buffer Days to Charge Before Renewal — how many days before the cycle ends the renewal charge is attempted.
• Status — Active or Inactive.
