What do the columns in the Email Log mean?
- ID - the log number; click it to open the details window.
- To - the address the email was meant for.
- Subject - the subject line as sent.
- Type - which template was used (for example Email Checkout, Email Recovery); emails sent without a template show General.
- Protocol - the sending method: smtp or ses (Amazon).
- Status - Sent (green) or Failed (red).
- Opened - a green check mark with the number of times the tracking pixel loaded, or a dash if never opened; hover to see first and last open times.
- Date - how long ago it was sent (hover for the exact date and time).
The list is sorted newest first by default; click any column heading except Opened to re-sort (Opened is excluded from sorting).
