Each proposal card starts with a coloured dot: amber for New or Sent (shown as "New"/"Pending" in the popup text), green for Signed and Approved, Fully Paid or Partially Paid (shown as "Accepted"/"Fully Paid"/"Partially Paid"), red for Rejected. Task lines use amber for Active or Past due, green for Completed and red for Canceled. If the event (or an online venue booking) is at a venue that has a Calendar Color set, the whole card background takes that colour and the dot gets a white ring so it stays visible. In Monthly view the hover pop-up also spells out the proposal's status in words (Weekly and Daily view cards show the colour dot only, without that status line).
