For each portion the admin list reports the selling price (default price plus upgrade), the production price in brackets, the profit (selling minus production) and the margin percentage. The profit is coloured green when positive, grey when zero and red when the meal sells below cost, so you can spot unprofitable portions at a glance. The list also shows the meal's overall minimum-maximum price range.
