The Allowed Start Days card shows one toggle per weekday — "Start on Monday", "Start on Tuesday", … — for the days your kitchen location delivers or offers pickup. Switching a day on means a customer may pick that weekday as the first delivery of a new subscription; switching it off removes those dates from the start-date picker on the website. All days are on by default for a new plan.

This only limits the first delivery of a new subscription. Which days food is delivered within a week is defined separately on each price row ("In which days you deliver the subscriptions?"), and renewals follow those delivery days.
