These two text settings (Phone on the Website tab, Email on the Email tab; both overridable per kitchen) let you put a short label in front of your contact details in the site footer — for example `Call us:` before the phone number or `Write to us:` before the email address. The footer only shows the phone/email lines when Company Phone Number / Company Email are filled in.
