These are pre-checks that stop a renewal before any charge:
- Its not time to renew! – Force Renew was not used and today is outside the renewal window.
- Kitchen Location not found – the plan's kitchen location no longer exists.
- Subscription LastDate Not Found / New subscription awead – the subscription has no open date or the customer has a newer subscription; auto-renew is switched off automatically ("Paused by system").
- CKNF - Checkout Not Found – the original plan order is missing.
- WD - Weekdays not found – none of the subscription's delivery days are days your kitchen is online; fix Delivery days or the kitchen's online days.
- NDNF - Next Delivery Not Found – there is no future delivery date on those weekdays after the customer's last scheduled date; create delivery dates.
- Cart - Init Date – the next date exists but cannot be ordered (closed/unavailable).
Payment-gateway declines appear with the gateway's own wording.
