• Processing: Stripe Charged to – whether the card-processing fee is absorbed by you (Kitchen) or added to the customer's total (Customer).
• Processing: Application charged to – the same choice for the Sprwt application fee.

When either is set to Customer, the corresponding amount is added to the cart as a processing fee line, and each checkout records who covered it so reports and refunds stay accurate. Combine with Show Processing and Service Fees Separately to control whether the shopper sees one merged fee or separate lines.
