Tab: Business > Cart. These refine the module amount minimums (A la Carte and Catering each have their own pair; global only):

• … Is the Amount ($) Minimum Applied to Discounts – Subtotal Without discounts (default) checks the minimum against the module subtotal before coupons; Subtotal With discounts checks it after coupons are applied (so a coupon can push a cart below the minimum).
• … Amount ($) Minimum Per Delivery Day or Per Cart – Per cart (default) adds up that module across all delivery days in the cart; Per delivery day requires the minimum to be met on each delivery day separately.
