What do I need to enable account members? Is it a module or a plan feature?
Account members are available when either of these is true:
- Your Sprwt account has the Subscription Memberships module (listed as Subscription Memberships in the modules list), or
- Your Sprwt plan is Base, Pro or Enterprise.
When enabled you get: the Members tab on customer profiles, the Members link in the customer dashboard, the Memberships Report, the Corporate/Parent Membership Restriction field on pickup points, the Is Email Required? setting, and the member-selection cards on the subscription and meal-selection pages. Contact Sprwt to add the module or upgrade your plan.
