Days Per Week is how many days of food the customer receives each week (1–7). Meals Per Day is how many meals are packed for each of those days. Together they define the bundle the customer picks on the website (for example "5 days × 3 meals").

The Price you enter is charged for the whole billing cycle of the plan, i.e. for Weeks weeks. On a 1-week plan it is the weekly price; on a 4-week plan enter the price of all four weeks. Customers see "starting at" and per-meal figures derived from it.
