Every price, stock quantity and nutrition value on the item refers to one Base Weight of the Base Unit. For raw ingredients the built-in tip says to set Base Weight to 1 (for example 1 oz or 1 lb) and enter cost and macros for that amount. For sub-recipes set Base Weight to the yield of the recipe in the unit you plate in: if a ground turkey batch yields 10 lb but you plate in ounces, set 160 oz and then list the ingredients needed to make that batch. Recipes then request quantities in the base unit and Sprwt scales cost and macros proportionally (quantity used / base weight). Units come from Settings > Kitchen Settings > Units.
