What decides whether a coupon shows under the Active or the Inactive tab?
A coupon is counted as Active only when all three are true:
- Is Active? is switched on,
- its Available Quantity is greater than 0, and
- it has no End Date, or the End Date is still in the future.
Anything else (switched off, quantity used up, or expired) appears under Inactive — the KPI strip calls these "Expired or disabled". Both tabs show the same columns: ID, Name (with an "Exists: N" badge for remaining quantity and a red Auto-Apply badge when relevant), Code, End Date, Unique? (one use per customer), Amount, Type (Value or Percentage) and Active?.
