A row shows No-Show when a scheduled shift in the date range has no timecard at all (the employee never clocked in and no manager added one). The No-shows card on the employee detail page counts these rows. Because it is based purely on the selected date range, if your range extends into the future, upcoming shifts that simply have not happened yet are also counted, so keep the End date at today or earlier for accurate counts.
