Five named columns are required: location_id, fulfillment_date, meal_id, portion_size_id and quantity. Columns are matched by name, not position, after ignoring case, spaces, underscores and hyphens, and these aliases are accepted: Location ID / Retail Location ID / Pickup Point ID; Fulfillment Date / Delivery Date / Date; Meal ID; Portion Size ID / Portion Size / Portion ID; Quantity / Meal Qty / Qty. Extra or unnamed columns (such as the meal_name column in the template) are ignored. Either commas or semicolons can separate values, an Excel BOM is tolerated, and blank trailing lines are skipped. If a required column is missing the whole file is rejected with Missing required column(s): ... Download the template to get the expected header. The file must be .csv, at most 2 MB and at most 2000 rows; larger sheets must be split (That sheet has N rows; the limit is 2000. Split it and upload in parts.).
