The table columns are: Order (the #number, linked to the order page), Date (when the order was placed), User (customer name with avatar, linked to their profile, or Guest Checkout), Type (the ordering module(s) in the order, e.g. Packs, Subscriptions, Grab and Go), Amount (order total), Subotal Amount, Discounts, Payment Method (Stripe, Cash, Check, Balance Only, Stripe Terminal, etc.), Status (colour chip), and an Actions column with an edit icon that opens the order in a new tab. When you are viewing all kitchen locations (no location selected) an extra Kitchen Location column appears.
