The table lists every proposal for your kitchen location with Name (with the customer names underneath), Status, Event Date, Guests, Total (expected total) and Total Paid, plus an Actions column. For a saved proposal the Actions column only has a Clone button (there is no per-row delete for proposals from this list — a proposal is deleted from inside the proposal itself). Clicking a name opens the proposal.

Leads coming from your lead forms appear as extra rows at the top labelled New Lead, with a Generate Proposal button and a Delete button (with a confirmation prompt) in the Actions column. Above the table you have Add New From Scratch and Add New From Template. If any proposal failed an automatic charge in the last 7 days, a red auto-charge errors panel appears listing each affected event so you can open and fix it.
