With a specific kitchen selected the dashboard shows that kitchen's name above the date, only its weekdays' delivery dates, and its own counts, and it includes the Kitchen Control Center, the subscription warning alerts, the Go To Menu quick action and the Menu links in Menu Channels.

In Global View (available only to users with a global profile) the counts are totals across all kitchens, the Checkouts table gains a Kitchen Location column, the delivery-date list is not filtered by weekday, and the Kitchen Control Center and kitchen-specific links are hidden — you must pick a kitchen to close, auto-select or finish a day.
