They are two flat amounts added on top of every Uber Direct courier quote for a Real Time delivery (Integrations > Uber Direct):

• Uber Direct Sprwt Fee above Quote — Sprwt's platform fee per delivery (default 3).
• Uber Direct Kitchen Fee above Quote — your own margin per delivery (default 0.3).

Both are included in the delivery price the customer pays and are saved on the order. If the order is later cancelled from the KDS while it is Processing or Ready, their sum becomes the Cancelation Fee deducted from the refundable amount.
