• Total Taxes and Service Fees = the processing-type fees your customers paid on top (Service Fees, Merchant Fees, Sprwt Fees and Sprwt Quote Fees paid by customer) + Total Taxes + Total Cart Service Fees (Paid by Customer for you) + Total Quote Fees (Paid by Customer for you). The "for you" lines are fees you keep (your own Cart Service Fee and Uber Direct kitchen fee); the others are collected from the customer to cover processing.

Total Revenue = Total Gross Sales + Total Fulfillment Fees + Total Taxes and Service Fees (the report's own info-icon tooltip states this formula). Each customer-paid fee line shows a small info icon with the Total Uncollected amount (fees on orders that were never paid).
