The Swap section lets you list other ingredients or sub-recipes that customers may swap this one for when they customise a meal (meal modifiers/substitutions). Pick them in the Swap multi-select. Allow Remove Selection lets the customer remove this ingredient from the meal without choosing a replacement. The section appears on Base, Pro and Enterprise plans, or when the Meals Modifiers module is set to a swap-enabled type. Swapped ingredients are then marked with a swap icon next to their name in the Inventory Shopping List report.
