In order:

1. Make sure the SMS module is enabled on your Sprwt account (ask Sprwt support if the SMS menu is missing entirely).
2. Give your staff the needed SMS permissions on their role.
3. If your business is in the US or Canada, open Marketing > SMS > Sprwt SMS Profile Information and complete the six tabs (business information, authorized representative, address, evaluation, review, trust bundle). Visiting this page for the first time also creates your SMS account automatically.
4. Then open Sprwt SMS Campaign Registration, pay the one-time brand fee and register your brand, pay the campaign fee and submit the campaign use case, and attach your number(s) to the messaging service once the campaign is verified.
5. Buy a phone number under Numbers (this can be done before or during registration).
6. Add balance under Buy Credits.
7. Send your first text from Compose or Chat.

Outside the US/Canada, steps 3-4 are skipped and the Compose page works as soon as a number is active and you have credits.
