These six reports (gated by the POS Menu module, not just POS) are kitchen-prep tools driven by what's scheduled on the POS Menu for a date range — they don't deal with money at all. They are: POS Shopping List (ingredients), POS Shopping List By Supplier, POS Meals Report, POS Cooking Report (per-meal ingredient breakdown), POS Sub-Recipe Report, and Meals By Customer Report. Daily Closeout/Drawer History, by contrast, are financial reconciliation reports.
