Service Fee is a store-set flat fee added to your total whenever your cart includes any of the ordering types the store has chosen to charge it on — the dollar amount and which modules trigger it are both set by the store. Sprwt Service Fee is a separate platform fee that only shows up when the store's account is configured to charge it to the Customer rather than absorb it itself (Client Config Business: Cart > Sprwt Service Fee Charged to), for the modules the store has opted that fee into, and it also depends on an account-level Sprwt billing arrangement that isn't part of the store's own Client Config. When it applies, it's a percentage of your subtotal on smaller carts and a flat amount (plus a small variable add-on) on larger ones, with the flat amount differing slightly for in-person/card-reader payments versus staff-invoiced proposal orders versus a regular online checkout.
