Those buttons are visible only to Sprwt super admins. Next to Total Sprwt Application Fee, Total Sprwt Service Fee and Total Sprwt Payment Fee, a green Reset $X button appears when there is an unpaid amount for the range; clicking it marks all of those fees on orders in the Begin/End range (for the current location) as paid, and the action is logged. Regular admins never see these buttons and cannot change fee payment status from the report; if your unpaid fee figures look wrong, contact Sprwt support.
