Order statuses (per order): New → Processing → Ready → Waiting → Finished, plus Canceled.

• New: just received. Buttons: Reject / Accept.
• Processing: accepted; cook the meals. Buttons: Cancel / Completed (enabled only when every meal line is Ready). This is also the only order status in which the meal lines on the card can be tapped to change their status.
• Ready: all meals done. Buttons: Cancel / Ready (opens the order modal with Request Courier for deliveries or Ready for Pickup for pickups).
• Waiting: courier requested or waiting for the customer. Button: Waiting (opens the modal with Cancel Courier for deliveries, or Cancel Order / Picked Up for pickups).
• Finished: delivered or picked up — leaves the board.
• Canceled: cancelled from the KDS (or elsewhere) — leaves the board.

Meal statuses (per meal line): New → Processing → Ready (tapping a Ready line returns it to New).
