These are proposal-status counters (only shown when Proposals is enabled), counted across all proposals for your active kitchen location (or account-wide if you're not scoped to one kitchen): New Leads (brand-new, not yet worked), Awaiting Reply (sent to the client and waiting on their response), Signed Proposals (the client has signed), Past Due (a payment is overdue), and Upcoming Events (any proposal that isn't Rejected, Completed, or Archived whose event date is today or later). Clicking a tile opens the Events > Proposals list pre-filtered to that status (the Upcoming Events tile just opens the full list).
