These are per-subscription rules that layer on top of your store-wide settings; the customer always gets the stricter of the two:
- Cancellation and Pause – Not allowed, Request only (customer can only send a request email) or Self-service (customer can do it from their profile).
- Can Skip a Delivery – Yes/No, whether the customer sees Skip Upcoming Orders.
- Can Add Extra Meals – Yes/No, whether the customer may add paid extra meals during meal selection.
- Lock Menu – Yes locks the menu: the customer cannot select or change meals (they see "Menu Locked") and meals are always chosen by the kitchen/auto-select.
- Disable Delivery Fee – Yes waives the delivery fee on this subscription's renewal orders.
