They power the Share and Earn programme on the customer's Rewards page and profile:

• Gamification Rewards Enabled (default Yes): turns the programme on.
• Gamification Rewards Amount ($) (default 1): wallet credit granted per action.
• Gamification Rewards Delay (minutes) (default 5): how long after the action the credit is paid by the scheduled job. If you enter less than 1 (or leave it at 0), the job falls back to a 5-minute delay.

Rewarded actions are sharing your site on Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn or WhatsApp, and clicking through to leave a Google or Facebook review (the review links come from the Social tab). Each platform can be claimed once per customer; the credit appears as <Platform> Review Reward in their wallet after the delay.
