Gamification rewards pay customers a small wallet credit for leaving a review or sharing your site. In Client Config > Marketing: Hub set Gamification Rewards Enabled = Yes, Gamification Rewards Amount ($) (default 1) and Gamification Rewards Delay (minutes) (default 5 — how long after the click the credit is paid). Under Marketing: Social, enter your Google review URL and/or Facebook review URL so review buttons appear.

When enabled, customers get an Earn Rewards entry in their account menu (/rewards) showing Your Digital Wallet balance, Share and Earn buttons (Google/Facebook review, Share on Facebook/X/LinkedIn/WhatsApp — each labelled "+$X"), the cashback program if configured, and a Rewards History table (Action, Date, Amount, Status = Pending/Credited).
