2' X 1' Barcode Only (Template: Presta 94220) prints small labels (4 across, on Letter sheets) intended for meal and retail-meal barcodes/SKUs, for shelf or POS scanning rather than full ingredient labels. 2' X 4' Thermal (Beta) and 4' X 2' Thermal (Beta) reuse the 4x2 designs but output one label per page in a 4×2-inch (or rotated 2×4-inch) page size for direct thermal label printers; they are marked Beta, so test alignment on your printer first. The 4' X 6' Thermal Shipping Label size is only offered for the standard delivery/pickup labels.
