Sequences are automated texts triggered by customer behaviour rather than sent manually. In the current version there is one sequence, Abandon Cart SMS, with a default message: "Hey {{customer_name}}, It looks like you've left some items in your cart. Don't forget to complete your order. {{cart_url}}". On Marketing > SMS > Sequences each sequence is a card with an on/off toggle, a From number, the Message (with the character/cost counter and the @ Shortkeys dropdown) and a Save button. The page also shows your balance with a Buy shortcut.
