When set to Yes (default), the cancel and pause pop-ups on the customer's subscription page include a Reason list of radio buttons built from the cancel/pause reasons you maintain in admin, so the customer must tell you why. Set either to No to remove the reason list from that pop-up. The reasons themselves are managed elsewhere in admin (Subscription reasons), not on this tab.
