They colour the round badge with the route's initials that appears next to the route name in the Delivery Routes list, and the same colours are used on printed delivery labels that show the route. Pick a background (Route Color) and a contrasting Route Text Color so drivers can identify their route at a glance. Leave them blank for a plain outlined badge.
