A configurable list of "how did you hear about us" sources (e.g. Google Search, Instagram, Friend) that can appear as a question on your public signup form, so you can track where new customers come from. The question only actually shows on the signup form when the Register: Show How did you hear about us question setting (Business: Website tab) is turned on — it's off by default — and only the sources marked Active here are offered as options.
