In the Opening Hours card you set Opening time - Closing time (defaults 09:00 - 17:00). Under Time slots you pick a Time Slot Interval - Any, 15 Minutes, 30 Minutes, 45 Minutes, 1 Hour or 3 Hours. When an interval other than Any is selected, a Limit per time slot section appears with Max meals per time slot and Max orders per time slot (0 = no limit). These settings drive the pickup time-slot picker customers see when they choose this location as a pickup point at checkout. They are saved on retail and wholesale locations as well as plain pickup points.
