A free-text (rich-text editor) note field on the customer's Preferences tab for anything about their nutritional needs that doesn't fit a structured field — the note appears on the "meals by customer" report to help the kitchen customize their meals. It always shows on the Preferences tab regardless of which modules are enabled.
