Latitude (DECIMAL) and Longitude (DECIMAL) store the map coordinates of the location. They are returned by the pickup-locations API used by the website/apps (for example to plot pickup points on a map), and they are also sent along in the Root Planner delivery-planning export when that integration is connected. Enter them as decimal degrees (e.g. 25.7617, -80.1918). They are optional and default to 0 if left blank.
