In the Informations block of the meal editor:

• Heating instructions - customer-facing reheating steps (e.g. "remove from container, 3-5 min at 350°F"); printed on labels / shown to customers.
• Packaging instructions - notes for the plating/packing team.
• Cooking Instructions - notes for the chef; also used as "chef notes" when the AI drafts recipe-card steps, and overwritten when you apply an AI-generated recipe.

Packaging instructions (and the whole Ingredients section) are only available on a Seed plan or higher, or with the Business Intel. Unlocker module.
