A subscription plan can include a set number of premium/surcharge meals for free (set on the plan as Included Surcharge Meals). While you're under that count, the page tells you how many surcharge-eligible meal options you still have available at no extra cost ("You have «N» meal option available to choose without any additional surcharge costs"); beyond that count, choosing a surcharge meal adds its surcharge to your order total.
