Event Time Categories (the page itself is titled Events Meal Categories) are labels such as Cocktail Hour, Dinner or Dessert that you attach to each meal on a proposal. They do three things: they group the meals on the proposal and on the BEO into sections; each category used on a proposal gets its own start time field in the proposal's Timetable card (shown on the BEO as Starting At 6:00 PM); and each category has a background and text colour that is used for the badge next to the meal. Every category belongs to a Group: Food or Beverages.
