What are all the lines in the Order Summary and what do they mean?
Lines appear only when relevant:
- One Time Fee — any one-time fee attached to the order.
- Price and Discounts — shown when coupons/discounts applied; Price is the pre-discount subtotal.
- Sub-total — items after discounts.
- Tax (x%) — one line per tax rate.
- Delivery (or Shipping for Shippo-quoted orders, or Free).
- Total Bag Fees / Total One Time Bag Fees — reusable bag charges.
- Your service fee label, the Sprwt service fee, and Processing Fee — shown as a separate line for the portion charged to the customer and, when relevant, another for the portion charged to the kitchen; a tooltip on the customer-side line is visible to everyone, while the kitchen-side tooltip only shows to super admins.
- Tip — for POS orders with Paid to: <employee> which you can change inline.
- Previously Paid — for catering proposals paid in several instalments.
- Total — the amount of this order.
- Refund Total (red) — how much has been refunded so far.
- Digital Credit Applied — portion paid from the customer's wallet; <Method> Total — portion paid by the payment method.
- Super admins additionally see the Sprwt Payment Fee (%) line.
