Account members let one customer — the account manager (sometimes called the parent) — manage several linked customer accounts from their own login. Each member is a real customer with their own subscription, allergens, dislikes, diet preferences and macro targets. Typical uses: a parent ordering for family members, a company paying for employees' meal plans, a coach managing clients.

The manager can:

• Add and edit members from Dashboard > Members.
• Buy a subscription for a member (the cart switches to that member).
• Choose per member whether the manager pays the member's subscription and renewals.
• Decide what the member may do alone: manage their plan (pause/cancel/skip), select included meals, buy extra meals or extras, and which ordering modules they may check out in when the manager pays.

Admins manage the same links on the customer profile's Members tab and review everything in the Memberships Report.
