Nothing is saved while you're reviewing the drafted cards – they only exist in the browser. Clicking Looks good — create this menu posts them back to Sprwt, which creates a real meal record for each one (with its description, ingredients, macros and allergens as drafted) and schedules them across the number of weeks you chose on that step, generating the matching delivery/fulfilment dates. The button then reads Created N meal(s) on M date(s), and the Build Your Menu step is marked complete. The 'don't repeat this meal' exclusion only applies within a single Draft my menu run: each later chunk of that same batch is told not to repeat the (up to 10) most recent meal names already drafted so far, which is what keeps a 12-meal request from returning the same dish three times. That list resets whenever you click Regenerate or come back and generate again later, so the AI can draft meals with names that match an earlier, already-created batch.
