What actions are written to the Role Logs and Permission Logs?
- Permission Logs record every permission added to or removed from an Employee Profile (HR Tools > Employees > Profiles) or a Users Role (the separate, system-wide Users Roles page), with the admin who made the change.
- Role Logs record changes to a user's assigned role made from the general Users management screen (old role, new role, who changed it). In the current version a Permissions Role change made directly on the employee page is not written to this log — that save path calls the same underlying update but skips the role-change log call entirely.
- Failed Login Logs only record attempts for email addresses that belong to a registered user.
